Level 1 covers the absolute basics - accessible for everyone and a good intro to understanding wine and building a base from which to explore further. Level 2 goes into more detail and gets a little bit more technical - suitable for people that are interested in wine and have a bit of knowledge already. If you’re not a wine professional, this is ideal. L
