The snake reach is a great way to improve mobility in the hips, torso and shoulders. By stretching the muscles along your ribcage and lats, this drill can help improve your shoulder movement. Phase 1 - Half Kneeling: Place the stick just inside the inner thigh. With the outer hand, reach over your head to grab the stick with the thumb side down.
