Motor sat overnight, when I arrived in the morning it fired right up. Shut it off and it would not restart. I found no fuel pressure and power to the fuel pump, but high resistance.  Removed intake manifold and vapor separator tank. I cleaned the VST and installed a good low hour high pressure fuel pump. A new pump was about five days out and the water taxi needed to be working.
