⭐️ 4/5 stars – spoiler free review Rebecca Ross’ writing is so beautiful, that reading this duology felt magical. Even the quiet, slower moments hit you in the most unexpected ways. The characters feel real. Their choices and mistakes actually make you care about what happens next. That said, it did sometimes drag a little. Some sections felt slower than they needed to be and I didn’t feel as invested as I did in Divine Rivals. There were moments where I was just waiting for things to pick back
