This is my trick to making super quick and easy cold foam for drinks. Cold foam is a fluffy topping for iced drinks. It’s basically pourable whipped cream but way lighter. My secret is to use half & half and a handheld milk frother. Put half & half and sugar or vanilla syrup into a wide-mouth container and whisk using the frother until it gets nice and fluffy.
