Potatoes Dauphinoise: The Perfect Dinner Party Recipe

So I don’t know if the is a California Thanksgiving thing but we always have a salad on our table. This is crunchy, flavorful and light. It’s a welcome reprieve from all the potatoes and cream and butter and gravy. I ate something similar in Sicily this year and just adapted it somewhat for Thanksgiving. I single handedly ate this whole platter it’s that good. It’s also stunning which helps when you are serving a dinner party . Love this one
