Why is my trainer dragging me backward? Watch the sled. To the untrained eye, this looks chaotic. But this is what 260lbs of resistance looks like when you’re training to pull a literal truck. Since I can't use my legs to drive the sled, we improvised. My trainer resets the distance, and I use pure upper body torque to haul that 260lb sled back to me. We aren't just moving weight.
