Next up on the bench is this RCA Victor 9k2 which was built around 1936. I replaced all of the electrolytics in the radio and some bad wiring so far, gave it a test run and it is alive! A lot more work ahead of me on this including replacing the two battered dials, dial cover, repair the plug to the speaker, and cabinet work. Finishing up the RCA Victor 9k2 tonight. I have everything in place, just need to button everything down. Nothing was left untouched, new grill cloth, decals, escutcheon painted at the owners request, input installed and it really looking and sounding nice!
