Slow cooked Mongolian Beef I love slowcooker recipes, there's not too much preparation, just put all ingredients into the slowcooker and give it a stir every few hours! The flavour of this dish is so good with just a few key ingredients, the beef just melts in your mouth. Served on a bed of rice, you can't go wrong. 1kg chuck steak, sliced thinly across the grain (You can also use gravy beef) Place into a plastic bag with 1/4 cup cornflour & shake well.
