I have been making and canning my own relish for over 6 years now! Ever since I learned at the farm, im not gonna buy relish unless forced to. Each year I get a big harvest of cucumbers, if you need to find a local farmer, and make enough relish for the year. Cucumbers arent expensive so this is a condiment that saves money to make it at home. Easy, delicious, and affordable!
