Did you know you can request a lower locker on the app?

Anyone know what I can do about items I’ve sold and purchased while my #vintedban is in place? 2 items I’ve sold have been delivered/collected but I haven’t had any notification about it, only through the Inpost app. So I don’t know if they’ll be able to confirm the orders and if I will get any money (£38). Also I collected something I’d purchased yesterday and I got an email from vinted asking me to go the the conversation and “confirm everything is ok”, but I can’t access me account so I guess
