Do you struggle with over easy eggs? There is nothing worse than overcooking the yolk or serving slimy whites or breaking them when you cook them? This was my Mom's favorite way to eat eggs, and I want you to be able to make them perfectly for your family, too. I learned to cook eggs back in 1980 when I was a breakfast cook at Joe & Eddie's Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
