Qualifications: IBPA encourages all publishers who fit the following qualifications to apply for the Innovative Voices Program. Publisher must: -be from a marginalized community as related to their race, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, caste, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, language, disability, or age. -be head of a book publishing program already publishing content that displays proven support for a diverse set of topics related to marginalized communities.
