The F-35A is more of a “snap together” kit, everything fits together precisely to the point you can assemble the entire nose gear bay with 0 glue… They also have you fold the nose strut up into the bay, but honestly that made things more difficult when it came to painting and weathering, I wish it had been a separate part to add at the end. But trust the engineering and it will all work out. Also if you add the torque links like I did, they stick out the bottom so watch out for that I used chrom
