🙋🏼‍♀️ As a woman that gave my life to Jesus, when I was in the dating scene, I noticed that I still had toxic behaviors, shame, and bad beliefs that would come up and negatively affect me and my relationships. Now, while some of the time, I felt loved, had connection with God, felt in control of my emotions, I had my moments… I would still look in the mirror often and hate what I saw- I was never pretty enough or thin enough. Personally, I threw up after meals and would work out hours a day to
