Akron Fire Department Report: "At approximately 0845, Akron Fire personnel was dispatched to a report of a structure fire on Annadale Ave. between E. Buchtel Av. and E. Exchange St. AFD arrived on scene at 83 Annadale Av and found heavy smoke and fire coming from a 2 1/2 story duplex apartment structure. Initial reports stated possible person and an animal inside.
