Piper and her one-month old calf Pete arrived at the sanctuary 10 days ago and have been resting, acclimating, and being seen by our vet before meeting their new herd. Piper made it clear she was ready to get out and make some friends so we let them out to join Cooper and his sheep family. They were both so happy to be out and about, exploring their new pasture and starting to bond with their new herd. Pete was so excited he got the zoomies and was tearing through the pasture! We are so excited
