I make hundreds of cookies every Christmas and the only way this is possible is by freezing the dough. These are my 4 favourites: 1. Scoop, Freeze, Store Scoop the dough into balls like you would before baking. Freeze in a single layer on a plate for 2 hours then add to a container or bag for storage.
