Hoopers! Here’s a Tournament KEY. Do these three things to get the most out of the start of the game. 1. With 3 minutes left in the third quarter, get your basketball gear on. 2. Find space in the gym and get into your activation routine. 3. If you have a ball, work on your handles for 5 minutes. This will lead you into layup lines with a bit of a sweat and ready to go.
