I had to tell myself to really relax and just let the moves swing and not be afraid of possibly looking silly. And what looked more silly was when I didn’t let go enough! It looked stiff and forced and awkward. So in those moments when you really need to let go, really do it! If you’re on holiday for example, really BE on holiday. Don’t be there wit
