The winning Arkansas lottery ticket in Monday night's $250.8 million Powerball jackpot was purchased via a mobile app, state officials said Wednesday.

“The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery is proud to celebrate this $250.8 million win alongside our retail partner, Jackpocket,” Sharon Strong said after the $250.8 million winner was revealed.
