WATERTOWN, S.D. (KFGO-KWAT) – A sheriff’s office in northeastern South Dakota is working with a national company called Flock Safety on a test-run of license plate readers.
The presence of Flock Safety cameras in Ithaca has been raising concerns over increasing surveillance and fear of potential abuse of collected data for some Ithaca residents.
