KYIV — The United States has asked Ukraine to share its battlefield expertise in countering Iranian-made drones, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Thursday. Zelenksy said he gave instructions to “provide the necessary means and ensure the presence of Ukrainian specialists” who can help protect the US in the war against Iran.
The new drones are called LUCAS, an acronym for Low-cost Unmanned Combat Attack System (LUCAS) drones. They are based in the Middle East.
