Marijuana stores cannot call themselves dispensaries, Michigan agency says
In addition to "dispensary," pot shops are also told they cannot call themselves pharmacies, apothecary, drugstore, medicine store or druggist.
Michigan regulators are asking marijuana retailers and provisioning centers to stop referring to themselves as dispensaries.
