Switzerland's Migros Group has agreed to sell a large portion of the German supermarket chain Tegut to Edeka for an undisclosed sum.
Major German grocer Edeka has struck a deal to buy dairy manufacturer Uckermärker Milch for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition is scheduled for 1 March, pending approval from anti-trust officials.
